Your policy stays on your device.
The policy builder keeps your answers and draft in this browser tab’s memory. It generates Word and PDF downloads on your device. It does not send policy answers to our forms service or an AI provider, and it does not save your work across a refresh. Downloads remain wherever you choose to save them.
Information you submit.
The newsletter form collects your email address and consent. Rating requests also collect a tool name, website, and reason for review. Help requests collect your name, church, optional role, and message. Submissions include the form type and submission time. Please do not include member information, counseling notes, or other sensitive details.
How forms are processed.
When a webhook is configured, forms send the information you enter to our GoHighLevel / LeadConnector forms service. We use it to respond to your request or send the updates you opted into. If the service is not configured, the form displays that status and logs the submission to your browser console; it is not delivered to our team.
Your choices.
Newsletter emails will include a way to unsubscribe. To ask about information you previously submitted or request its deletion, use the help form with the same email address, without repeating sensitive information. If the form reports that no webhook is configured, it has not delivered your request.
Other services.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information such as an IP address. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process ordinary connection logs to serve and protect the site. Linked providers, including PreachBetter and tool vendors, have their own privacy policies.
